35 and above, solid nodule, multiple nodules, > 8 mm, low risk, < 3 months.

ACR Fleischner Society recommendations (MacMahon, et al. Radiology 2017; 284(1): 228-43) suggest the following: Follow-up chest CT at 3-6 months. If stable, no further follow-up or an optional chest CT at 18-24 months if there is high index of suspicion.
